From out of the old vault and my days in Montana! This Behring Made (James Behring) steak knives is entirely handmade starting with the 440c stainless steel blade that measures 4 1/2" from tip to guard with a convex grind. The copper guard is soldered in place over black, white, copper and musk ox horn spacers as well as a beautiful desert ironwood handle. Overall length measures 9 1/8" and it comes in a Behring Made zipper case. Steakhouse ready!
