Claro Walnut Paring Knife

Shy of slabbing up watermelons, I do believe this little paring knife can handle just about anything you need done in the kitchen! I ground it from high carbon stainless s30v steel it measures 3 3/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. The nickel silver guard is soldered in place above a black g10 spacer and premium Claro walnut. Overall length measures 8"  and it comes in a felt lined #CUNNINGHAMMER zipper case. I guarantee these materials and my craftsmanship for life, but they must never be dishwashed.
