This beautiful Chef Knife from the Cunningham Custom Shop Culinary line features razor sharp 15n20 steel that measures 7 1/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. The nickel silver guard is soldered in place above black and aluminum spacers with a premium desert ironwood handle. The overall length measures 12" and its intended purpose is to tackle every last job in your kitchen. Performance and satisfaction is guaranteed for life! Please be advised 15n20 is not a stainless steel and will develop a handsome patina with use, plus it's super easy to sharpen. This knife comes in a Cunninghammer felt lined zipper case.
