Graphite Black Micarta Drop Point

This beautiful Cunningham Custom Shop Drop Point is a true bruiser! I hand forged it to shape from John Deere load control shaft 5160 spring steel and it measures about 5" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind and a finger-choke ricasso. The brass guard is soldered in place over black, maroon, slate and brass spacers with a graphite-infused black micarta handle that is pinned through the tang with brass. The original commissioner asked me for a hard-using-there-when-you-need-it truck knife and I swear it to be true with the occiasional sharpening and a light coat of oil that this one does it all. Overall length measures a little shy of 10" and it comes guaranteed for life in one of my hand-stitched pouches.
