Graphite Black Micarta Paring

This beautiful new Paring Knife from the Cunningham Custom Shop Culinary Collection features 15n20 high carbon steel with a razor sharp convex grind and carbon scale finish that measures 4 3/8" from tip to guard. The nickel silver guard is soldered in place over black and aluminum spacers with a comfortable graphite infused black micarta handle. The overall length measures 9" and it comes in a Cunninghammer zipper case. This knife is guaranteed for performance and satisfaction for life, plus it's super easy to sharpen. Please be advised 15n20 is not a stainless steel and it will develop a handsome patina with use.
