This gorgeous new Simple Chef set from Cunningham Custom Shop® features 15n20 high carbon steel with razor sharp convex grinds and is a perfect one-two punch for everything your kitchen needs. The larger chef set measures 7 1/4" from tip to guard and the paring comes in at 3 3/4". The nickel silver guards are soldered in place over maroon g10 and aluminum spacers as well as graphite black micarta that's pinned through the tang with aluminum. Overall lengths measure 12 5/8" and 8 3/8" and these are guaranteed to satisfy. Please be advised that carbon steels sharpen with ease, and they will patina with use- this is a natural beauty and something to love, just like your seasoned cast irons.
