Hawaiian Axis Stag Paring

This bitchin' kitchen paring knife from the Cunningham Custom Shop features a razor sharp convex grind of s30v steel that measures 4 1/2" from tip to guard. The brass guard is soldered in place above black g10 and maroon micarta spacers as well as a premium Hawaiian Axis stag handle. The overall lenghth measures a little over 9" and it was made as part of a larger culinary collection as shown.
