Premium Birdseye Blued Model 4 Fighter

This top echelon Model 4 style Fighter is some of my absolute best work to date. This was a commissioned creation and the finish far exceeded my expectations. The blade is forged to shape from 52100 round bar and it measures 6 3/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind and a forced patina blued finish. I forged the blued steel s-guard to shape and soldered it in place over black and maroon vulcanized fiber with mild steel spacers and an astounding premium Birdseye wood handle that was supplied by the customer. (I have more amazing woods on hand, just ask!). Overall length measures 11 3/8" and it comes in a gorgeous floral tooled low-ride sheath from Grey Leather Co.
