Premium Claro Walnut and Musk Ox Boss Camp Knife

On my very first day on the ranch where you'll find the Cunningham Custom Shop, I found sticking out of the ground an old worn out leaf spring that had been rusting and pitting for what looked like ages. I dug it up and set it aside with a plan to forge a blade from the stock for the ranch boss whom opened alot of doors for my business. While I overshot the Christmas deadline by a mile, the fruition is just too good to not share. Projects of sentimental value are a joy for me, so if you are looking to do something on a higher level for yourself, friends, family or loved ones don't hesitate to reach out as I always have ideas in the pocket. 

The blade on this camp knife measures 8 3/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. While there is no way to guarantee the original alloy, I heat treated it as 5160 and was delighted at it's actual performance. The brass guard is soldered in place above black, maroon, white, gray and musk ox boss spacers with a gorgeous Claro walnut handle that is pinned through the tang with brass. Overall she measures 13 3/4", and any orders like it would be made with new steel and include a custom leather sheath. Thanks for looking!
