Premium Sambar Stag Cheese Knife

This handsome new Cheese Knife from the Cunningham Custom Shop cutlery line is a truly impressive showcase to amp up your charcuterie board. The blade is 15n20 steel and it measures 5 1/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. The flat top copper guard is soldered in place over black, maroon, white and grey spacers as well as a flat topped sambar stag handle that allows it to appropriately sit on it's back the traditional way. The overall length measures 10 1/4" and it comes in a Cunninghammer felt zipper case.
