Sambar Stag, Horsehide and Sheep Horn McKenzie River Fillet

Oregon's beautiful McKenzie River holds trout, chinook and steelhead and also borders the property of the ranch where I build my knives. I've aptly named this Mckenzie River Fillet as an all purpose option that offers a functional yet sturdy flex but these knives can be tuned to your liking if you prefer a lighter option- just ask. The blade is forged to shape from 5160 leaf spring steel and it measures 6 3/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. The brass guard is soldered in place over an earth tone stack of grey fiber, horsehide leather, sheep horn spacers and top notch sambar stag. I've run a brass pin through the tang and overall it measures 11 3/8". This one will come in a custom Grey Leather Co. sheath with a Cunninghammer zipper case and free shipping.
