Directly inspired by the Great William Scagel (pronounced skay-gull), this new Cunningham Custom Shop® Hunter is an instant classic. I forged the 52100 ball bearing steel blade to shape and it measures 4 1/2" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind, brute forge scale and forced patina blued finish. The brass guard is soldered in place over black, maroon, white and grey vulcanized fiber spacers with a stack of premium horsehide leather. The crown stag handle is pinned through the tang with brass and brings the overall length out to 9 1/2". I've got this one coming guaranteed for life with Warlander Leather pouch sheath.
