Sonoran Desert Ironwood Kitchen Utility Knife

As a non-traditional home chef, I typically reach for the closest knife for whatever task at hand without giving too much thought to "this one for that". When designing my kitchen knives, it is my hope that they should serve you in any necessity, from small prep work to butchering and packing deer. This new kitchen utility knife should serve you across the board with a high carbon stainless s30v blade measuring 5 3/4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. The nickel silver guard is soldered in place over black g10 and premium Sonoran Desert Ironwood burl. The overall length measures 10 5/8" and it comes guaranteed for life in a Cunninghammer felt lined zipper case.
