Sonoran Desert Ironwood Chef Knife

This new Cunningham Custom Shop Sous Chef might just be the only knife in the kitchen you need. I chose high carbon stainless s30v steel and it measures 8 1/4" from tip to guard with a true convex grind. The stock was .100" thick to start, so thickness will be slightly less at the thickest point and tapers beautifully into a razor edge. The nickel silver guard is soldered in place above a black g10 spacer and premium Sonoran Desert Ironwood. The overall length measures 13 1/4" and it comes in a Cunninghammer felt lined zipper case, guaranteed for life.
