Willow Bow Sheep Drop Point
This sleek drop point is forged out of a 2" 52100 ball bearing and it measures 4" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind and true hammermarks from the forging process. The magic behind the blade's endurance begins in the forging process and is perpetuated by triple post-forge quenching, normalizing and annealing prior to the rough grind. After the three more quenches (each separated by 12 hour 0 degree Celcius freezes), the final blade grinds are completed and proven via extensive manilla rope cut, brass rod edge flex and hard stab tests. Once passed, the brass guard is milled, filed, cold-forged and staked to the tang before it's finally soldered in place for a pleasing aesthetic. The spacers are mirrored willow bow sheep horn collared by black fiber spacers that top a premium willow bow sheep horn handle- it truly fits like a glove and would carve up even an honest man. Overall length measures 8 1/2" and it comes in one of my hand stitched custom leather pouch sheaths. Whole rig is guaranteed for life, and I mean it.
